Law firm Goretsky & Partners successfully defended the interests of the State

The law firm «Goretsky & Partners» successfully defended the interests of the State by representing in Court interests of a DAUGHTER COMPANY OF NATIONAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY «NADRA UKRAJYNY» which is one of the most powerful company that pursues the interests of the state and implements investment projects in the exploration industry across the entire territory of Ukraine.

Lawyers of the Law Firm «Goretsky & Partners» defended the interests of «CHERNIGIVNAFOGAZGEOLOGIYA» which is the DAUGHTER COMPANY OF NATIONAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY «NADRA UKRAJYNY» in the Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal. The subject of the litigation in which the Enterprise was not a party to the court of first instance, was the recognition of a valid sales contract and the recognition of title to real estate.

A well-prepared legal position and effective judicial representation became the basis for the adoption of a decision by the appellate court in which the Court reached the conclusion on the substantiality of the arguments of the Enterprise and resumed a ten-year time limit for appeals by reversing the decision of the court of first instance for the DAUGHTER COMPANY OF NATIONAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY «NADRA UKRAJYNY» and refused a lawsuit.
