Registration of a limited liability company
Services for registration of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) include:
- providing of general advice of the legal status of the company, the choice of the system of taxation and economic activities in accordance with the NACE;
- reservation of names;
- drawing up the charter of company and other documents required for the registration (decision of the general meeting of the company, if necessary, assess and act of transfer and acceptance of the property);
- opening a temporary bank account for the formation of the authorized capital (if the authorized capital is formed in cash);
- preparation and submission of the state registrar of documents required for the state registration of a limited liability company;
