Yuliia Viktorovna Shelest is a lawyer in the administrative practice of the Law Firm “Goretsky and Partners”. In 2005 she graduated from the Vinnitsa Institute of Trade and Economics of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and received a specialist diploma in the field of Organization Management.

Since 2006, she has been working in the field of banking in the direction of monitoring consumer loans, and since 2007 – export-import operations.

In 2016, she received a diploma from the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine with a degree in Law.

From 2016 to 2021, she has held leadership positions in the legal support units of the territorial departments of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

He has significant experience in supporting disputes involving tax authorities, including cases related to the liquidation of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and the insolvency of individuals, and also specializes in issues in the field of commercial law.
