Oleg Vasilyevich Goretskyy — Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Public and International Law of the Kyiv National University of Economics, mediator, lawyer. He defended his thesis at the Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Certified mediator Deutsche Anwalt Akademie (Berlin, 2017). Author of the textbook “Mediation: Ukrainian Experience and European Choice”.
